June 10, 2026
The commitment to quality education in Al Hoceima is taking another step forward. On Wednesday, June 10, 2026, a crucial three-day training session began for principals of primary and secondary schools participating in the 'Pioneer Schools' (Riada) program.
The session, opened by the provincial director of the Ministry of Education, primarily aims to strengthen the skills of school leaders in managing the Integrated Establishment Project. This project is the backbone that allows each school to tailor educational reforms to its own specific context, ensuring a greater impact on students.
This training is part of the national 2022-2026 Roadmap, which seeks a profound transformation of the education system. Through practical workshops on project management and reform monitoring, principals from the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 cohorts will gain the necessary competencies to lead change in their school communities.
The event is supervised by senior provincial officials, highlighting the strategic importance placed on the continuous training of management staff. This is a direct investment in pedagogical leadership, which is considered essential for the success of the ongoing ambitious educational reform.
